Who We Are
Our History
PASAGE Saint John Inc. is a non-profit charitable organization formed in 1984 by a group of citizens concerned about drug abuse in our community.
In 1995, PRIDE Saint John Inc. (Now PASAGE Saint John Inc.) received the PRIDE Canada Parent Team Award presented in Winnipeg Manitoba.
We are also the recipients of the Dr. Everett Chalmers Award of Distinction presented by the Province of New Brunswick.

Distributed (1995-2007) 93,000 drug education pamphlets.
| Created a drug education website with pages for kids, youth, and parents.
| Relocated February 2000 and totally replaced all programs and services due to a fire that totally destroyed our office space.
| Designed an Email newsletter PASAGE POINTS.
| Executive Director was a guest speaker at the St. Stephen Prescription Drug Task Force Community Meeting (100 attendees). Guest speaker at NB Community College 2nd Annual Child Care Conference in May 2004 in Miramichi. Guest speaker at the Provincial Crime Prevention Conference.
| Changed name of organization in 2004, our 20th year of operation. New name reflecting the addition of gambling to our mandate.
| In 2005 received a $40,205 Health Canada Drug Strategy Grant for a Marijuana Awareness Project. |
